 This process starts with repairing the existing wood floor then sanding the floor back to its natural state.
 The next process is to apply at least three coats of oil or lacquer to achieve a durable and beautiful finish to your floor.

  • This installation began with priming the existing concrete. 
  • The client had chosen an unfinished engineered plank to be fully adhered to the concrete with underfloor heating.
  • Once the wood floor was installed it could be sanded and finished with three coats of oil.
